Picture shows dimpling caused by CD case tabs.  Most often this occurs from the inside part of the insert
only visible when case is opened.  This is caused by improper placement of the insert in the case.  At times
these dimples will tear slightly when insert is removed, if this is the case, there will be a note attached to the item.
